Something's wrong. Let's fix it.
Email goes straight to Ahmad Mustafa, who writes all three apps. Include your iPhone model, your iOS version and which app you're using, and the first reply will usually be a fix rather than a question.

Common fixes
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so we cannot cancel one for you. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and request a refund. If Apple declines and you believe the app genuinely failed you, email us and we will say so on your behalf.
I paid but the app still says I'm on the free tier.
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases first — that resolves it the large majority of the time, especially after reinstalling or changing device. If it doesn't, email us with the Apple receipt and the approximate date of purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
Account deletion is available inside any app that has accounts, under Settings. It removes your account and the data attached to it. If you cannot reach the app, email support@aurenapps.com from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion.
My alarm didn't go off.
Email us — this is the most serious bug class in Auren and it is treated that way. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the alarm time, the mission you had selected, and whether the phone was in Silent mode, Focus or Low Power Mode. Run Bedtime Check tonight; it catches most causes before they happen.
How long do replies take?
There is no support team — email reaches Ahmad Mustafa directly. Weekdays are usually one working day; weekends can be longer. You will get an answer from the person who can actually change the code.
